Reiki is an ancient Japanese practice of energy healing, in which the practitioner channels universal life force energy to support balance, harmony, and energetic flow within the body. It works gently with the chakra system, helping to ease physical tension, emotional heaviness, and energetic blockages that may be connected to past pain or trauma.
Each session lasts 20 minutes and requires nothing from you. Simply rest, relax, and receive. After your session, you’ll be sent a brief written report outlining any impressions or areas of focus that arose during the healing.
Reiki is guided by five foundational principles:
- Just for today, I will not be angry.
- Just for today, I will not worry.
- Just for today, I will be grateful for my blessings.
- Just for today, I will do my work honestly.
- Just for today, I will be kind to every living thing.
